Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws and is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Australian Attorney-General's Department.
With more than 10 years' experience as a Family Lawyer, Alison brings valuable insight from both the courtroom and the negotiation table. Alison has extensive experience working in Domestic and Family Violence in both legal proceedings and in family dispute resolution. Alison approaches her work with sensitivity, empathy and understanding and prioritizes her client's emotional and physical safety during the dispute resolution process. Alison has an understanding of the complex issues that can arise during the stages of separation and can support clients with safety planning, referral pathways and mediation preparation. Alison also offers alternatives to face to face mediation with virtual and shuttle mediations as an option.
